Constance is composed of two connected works that include five still images and a short HD video. Images of women's handkerchiefs crumpled, stained with lipstick and smudged with mascara are suggestive of women's grieving processes. In the video loop the fabric is floating, spinning slowly and quivering as if manipulated by an unseen hand in a moment of loss. Production thanks go to Wrik Mead and Richard Lantz. 2009.
