Madison documents the process of closing Madison Photo Murals, an established photographic business in Toronto once owned and operated by Dave Madison, and his father before him. The closing of this Toronto-based family-run business represented the end of an era of traditional hand-processed photographic work. One of the series resulting from this documentation consists of photographs of well-worn containers that housed and protected equipment such as movie projectors, large format cameras, and recording devices. A series of five gelatin silver prints, 30" x 30" and 20" x 24", edition of seven, 2005.
